その通風路を閉塞する方向に附勢された板状の通
風路閉塞用防火ダンパーと、この防火ダンパーの
回動範囲外のダクトの内部からダクトの胴壁を貫
通してダクト外に開口するようダクトに取付けら
れた筒状ケースと、このケース内に摺動可能に収
納された摺動軸と、防火ダンパーの回動軸からダ
クト外に延出され前記摺動軸をダクト外の前記ケ
ースの端部開口から突出させたときにその突出部
に係合して防火ダンパーを通風路開放位置に係止
するストツプアームとを備えた防火ダンパー作動
装置において、 ケース内に摺動軸をストツプアーム側とは反対
方向に押圧し摺動軸とストツプアームとの係合を
解除しうる解除ばねを設けるとともに、ダクト内
の摺動軸に摺動軸とストツプアームとが係合した
状態において、ダクト内のケース筒壁に設けられ
た開口部からダクト内に突出する突部を設け、前
記開口部を該突部が摺動軸の摺動移動によつて摺
動軸とストツプアームとの係合が外れるまでケー
スの筒軸に沿つて移動しうるよう形成し、さらに
ダクト内のケース筒壁に前記突部に係合して摺動
軸をストツプアームと係合状態に係止するストツ
パー片を取付け、このストツパー片と摺動軸との
間の前記突部の周囲にダクト内の温度が所定温度
以上になつたときに、ストツパー片を突部から外
すよう押し上げる1以上の形状記憶合金製のばね
を配したことを特徴とする防火ダンパー作動装置
