状態の可塑化加熱装置の断面図であり、第4図は
、可塑化部材から加熱部材を取り外した状態を示
す断面図である。第5図は本考案の他の実施例を
示し、可塑化加熱装置の要部の横断面図である。 図中、1は可塑化部材、10は第1中空部、1
1は嵌合穴、13は可塑化筒、14は可塑化スク
リユー、2は加熱部材、20は第2中空部、21
は当接面、22は段付部、23は当接穴、24は
加熱筒、25はシエアリングマンドレル、3は係
合部材、30は嵌合部、31は当接部、32は通

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 可塑化室を形成する第1中空部と該第1中
    空部の先端部に連通し該第1中空部と交差する方
    向に設けられ少なくとも一側面に開口する嵌合穴
    とを有する可塑化筒と、該可塑化筒の該第1中空
    部に回転自在に内蔵された可塑化スクリユーとで
    構成される可塑化部材と、 該可塑化部材の軸方向に平行に並設固定され、
    加熱室を形成する第2中空部と該嵌合穴に連通す
    ると共に該第2中空部とも連通し当接面となる段
    付部を有する当接穴とを有する加熱筒と、該加熱
    筒の第2中空部に回転自在に内蔵されたシエアリ
    ングマンドレルとで構成される加熱部材と、 該可塑化部材の該嵌合穴に嵌合する嵌合部と、
    該加熱部材の該当接穴に挿入され該段付部と当接
    する当接部を有し、該第1中空部および該第2中
    空部を連通する通路をもつ係合部材と、 該係合部材の該当接部を該段付部に当接付勢す
    る付勢部材とで構成され、 該可塑化部材と加熱部材とを並設固定した状態
    で、該可塑化部材で可塑化された可塑化物を該係
    合部材の該通路を介して該加熱部材に供給するよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする可塑化加熱装置。 (2) 可塑化筒及び加熱筒は、係合部を有し、一
    方の係合部は、外面の少なくとも一部を突部にす
    ることにより形成され、他方の係合部は、一方の
    係合部が嵌まり合う凹部にすることにより形成さ
    れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の可
    塑化加熱装置。
