Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve greatly a number of molding form taken by making an bobbin configuration which can be molded with a bidirectionally divided metallic mold structure enabling multiple row taken for a metallic mold area. CONSTITUTION:A central part of an upper flange 10 opposite to a pin terminal 15 plugged in a lower flange 12 of a bobbin 9 and the bobbin 9 releasing a face of winding spool 11 of the bobbin 9 next to the central part are used. It is possible for a metallic mold structure to form this bobbin 9 with only opening to the direction of a plugged pin terminal 5.

The transformer of the present invention is a winding frame in which the central part of the upper end flange 1o facing the pin terminal 16 implanted in the lower end flange 12 of the winding frame 9 and one side of the winding drum 11 of the winding frame 9 adjacent to that part are open. This is a transformer using 9. In the winding frame 9, the middle leg portion 14a of the magnetic material 14 is released at both upper end flanges 1o facing the pin terminals 16 implanted in the lower end flanges 12 of the winding frame 9, and the winding body adjacent to that portion is opened. Magnetic material 1 is placed in 11 in the same way as above.
4 middle leg dimension 14a is released. By doing so, the winding frame 9 can be formed simply by opening the mold structure in the direction in which the pin terminal 16 is installed.

Then, the insulator 17 is fixed to the open part 18 of the winding frame 9 and the conductor 164 is wound around it, or the conductor 16 is wound around the winding frame 9 as it is, and the insulator 17 is attached before or after the magnetic material 14 is attached. This transformer has a structure that allows it to be used as is without using any fixed wires or insulators. The method by which the conductor 16 wound around the winding frame 9 at the beginning and end of the winding is connected to the bin terminal 16 is completely the same as the conventional method, and therefore, the explanation thereof will be omitted.
