Abstract

PURPOSE:To always supply hot water at a set temperature stably by quickly operating driving means to move a mixing valve to the optimum position. CONSTITUTION:A deviation signal obtained by deviation detecting means 17 is compared with a set value of the first deviation setting means 18. When the deviation signal is larger, urging amount setting means 22 is set at the first urging amount, which is output to driving means 13. The driving means 13 is urged by the first urging amount to move a mixing valve at full speed to the optimum position through a cam. When the temperature deviation becomes smaller, the urging amount setting means 22 is set at the second urging amount, which is output to the driving means 13.

FIG. 4 is a characteristic diagram of the control device of the present invention, showing the relationship between the temperature deviation and the amount of stingers in one drive stage. The deviation signal obtained by the deviation detection means 17 is compared with the set value "n4 of the first deviation setting means 18, and when the deviation signal is large, the energizing amount setting means 22
The biasing amount F1 is set to F1 and output to the driving means 13. The driving means 13 is biased by a first biasing amount F□, and moves the mixing valve 5 to the optimum position at full speed via the cam 11. When the temperature deviation between the tapped water temperature and the set temperature becomes smaller than the set value En1 of the first deviation setting means 18, the energizing amount setting means 22
The biasing amount F1 is set to F1 and output to the driving means 13. The mixing valve 5 has moved to a position where mixed hot water near the set temperature is dispensed, and the driving means 13 is energized with a second energizing amount smaller than the tenth energizing amount FQ in order to prevent it from going beyond the optimum position. Furthermore, the mixing valve 5 approaches the position where hot water near the set temperature is dispensed, and the temperature deviation reaches the set value En of the second deviation setting means 19.
If it is smaller than 2, the force setting means 22 is the driving means 1.
3, outputs a stop signal. Drive means 13 near the set temperature
By stopping the mixing valve 5, the mixing valve 5 is prevented from going beyond the optimum position, and the driving means 13 is prevented from moving due to flow noise.

For example, when a user significantly changes the set value of the mixed water temperature, it is necessary to quickly take out the desired hot water from the mixing outlet 3. That is, when the temperature deviation is large, the mixing valve 5 is brought close to the optimum position at full speed, and in order to prevent the control from going too far and causing a hunting state, the amount of energization of the driving means 13 is lowered to quickly bring the mixing valve 5 to the vicinity of the optimum position. ing.

Furthermore, even if overshoot or undershoot occurs in the hot water temperature from the mixing outlet 3 due to sudden changes in water pressure due to sudden changes in water usage in each household, the mixing valve 5 can be quickly moved to the optimal position, resulting in a short settling time. This prevents the user from suddenly using hot or cold water.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the hot water mixing device of the present invention, the original water pressure or hot water pressure may fluctuate, the amount of hot water from the faucet may suddenly change, or the water temperature or hot water temperature may fluctuate. Or, even if a large temperature deviation occurs when changing the set temperature of the mixed hot water, if the driving means is energized with the 10th energizing amount to move the mixing valve to the optimum position at full speed, and the temperature deviation is reduced. In order to prevent the hunting phenomenon in which the mixing valve is moved too far or returned too far from the optimum position, the driving means is set to a second position.
When the temperature approaches the set temperature, the driving means is stopped and the temperature is stabilized to the set temperature in a short time without causing large overshoot or undershoot in the hot water temperature, allowing the user to set the temperature. It is safe and has excellent usability without causing irritation due to waiting too long for hot water, or dangerous or inconvenient situations such as suddenly using hot or cold water.
