It is operated at a constant bed height of about 400 degrees. In Fig. 1, the inside of hot <-, 0 is the sintering raw material 6. The sintered raw material in the hopper 6. is stored in the pellet conveyor 9. Gate adjustment device for supplying 2. is provided. Gate adjustment device 2. The sintered raw material passed through chute 3. to the pallet conveyor 9. leading to. At this time, the gate adjustment device 2. The sintered raw material that has passed through is transferred to a pallet conveyor 9. 10. Provided with an appropriate amount of water, at a uniform horizontal level and at an optimal average level as shown in Figure 2.10. It is said to be difficult to maintain FIG. 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the pallet conveyor in the direction of travel. Appropriate average level shown in Figure 2 10. In order to maintain this, as shown in FIG. Also, cuff) off plate 4. It is necessary to provide Cut-off plate 4. 17. is the swing rotation shaft as shown in FIG. is provided. Shoe 1-3° and cut-off plate 4. The interior of the building was left blank due to an accident.
Hopper, gate adjustment device 2. If the sintering raw material supplied by the chute 3. and cut-off plate 4. An unusual phenomenon occurred during the cut-off plate 4. When excess deposited raw material rides on the cut-off plate, pressure is applied to the cut-off plate, and as a result, when the density of the sintered raw material changes, phenomena such as poor air permeability during heating occur, resulting in defective sintering. In order to predict and prevent this phenomenon in advance, chute 3. and cut-off plate 4. Cut-off plate holding plate 20. A floodlight is installed on the
.. Detection camera on the back side of 7. The cut-off plate 4 is provided with a sintering material 4, which is configured to automatically adjust the appropriate amount by observing the sintering raw material present in front of the cut-off plate 4. Figure 3 shows
A monitor image transmitted from the detection camera 7° shown in FIG. 1 is shown. A binarized image is displayed on the monitor screen. Third
In the figure, 14 indicates a kernel line and indicates a reference plane for monitoring. Cursor line in Figure 3 14. indicates the reference layer height of the sintered raw material for the bullet conveyor. 15. The part shown in shows the upper level (highest permissible layer height surface) of the sintering raw material. 16. indicates the lower cut level (minimum allowable layer height) of the sintering raw material. In this sintering machine, a video signal transmitted from a detection camera 7 installed on the back side of the chute shown in FIG. 1 is passed through an image processing device to a monitor 13 as shown in FIG. The image shows a cross section of the sintered raw material on the bullet conveyor. Figure 3 Monitor 13. Cursor line shown on the screen shown in 14. Lines a to α shown in the figure indicate the bread conveyor 〇〇 reference line, and similarly, the line bb shows the center line between the maximum allowable cross section and the minimum allowable cross section of the sintering raw material layer height. Therefore, the minimum permissible layer height of the sintering raw material is 16°, and the maximum permissible layer height is 15°. is shown. While this machine is in operation, before the sintered raw material is manufactured into sintered ore, it detects the bed height level to always maintain the appropriate bed height during transportation, and if it exceeds the permissible range, it immediately issues an alarm signal. This sintering machine also sends a control signal to the gate adjustment device to adjust the automatic gate opening/closing operation and automatically transport and control the appropriate amount of sintering raw material.

A cut-off plate is provided to equalize the upper surface level of the raw material, but a light projecting device is installed on the upper inner surface between the cut-off plate and the chute in order to predict the amount deposited before cut-off. The sintering system is equipped with an ore feed level measuring device that detects the amount of deposits, that is, the layer height, and simultaneously sends a control signal to the gate adjusting device installed in the hopper to automatically synchronize the gate adjusting device. Machine.
