記ムーバのステップ移動に追従して上記摩擦ブレーキ部
材を作動させる追従作動経路内に、上記ムーバの移動に
よって上記摩擦ブレーキ部材の摩擦ブレーキ作用部を作
用させない非ブレーキ作用域を設け、この非ブレーキ作
用域の大きさを上記ムーバの１ステップによって追従変
位する変位量よりも小さくしたことを特徴とするステツ
