Claims (1)
層１４を有する荷礼用紙１１の上に、表面に筆記
することができる受取伝票用紙１２をホツトメル
ト層１５を介して重ねて前記荷札用紙と受取伝票
用紙とをホツトメルト層の加熱溶融により貼合わ
せた荷札１０と、控伝票用紙２１表面に感圧発色
加工層２２を設け、さらにその上に剥離加工層２
３を設けた控伝票２０とからなり、前記荷札１０
をその粘着剤層１４によつて前記控伝票の剥離加
