分の内側で接合し、上側の伝票裏面の所定区域に

下側の伝票への印字を可能にする複写層を設け、
更に前記２枚の伝票のいずれか一方には、接合し
た端部とは反対側の一部を切り離す為のミシン目
を形成し、該ミシン目によつて切り離される部分
の裏面及び最上部の伝票又はカバーシートには互
いに接合した時に接着性を発揮する感圧接着剤を
