項に記載の払拭具。
３ 前記ナイロン不織布がナイロン６・６である
実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の払拭具。
４ 前記研磨層を構成する接着剤がウレタン系接
着剤である実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載
の払拭具。
５ 前記研磨材が天然石微粉体である実用新案登
