Claims

A swinging rod is pivotally attached to the front and rear portions of the chassis so as to be able to swing freely within a vertical plane that includes the center line along the longitudinal direction of the chassis via a pivot pin. An axle with a wheel is mounted on the opposite end of the chassis from the pivot pin, and motive power is applied and accumulated to the axle of one swinging rod by rotation of the axle. A drive device that drives the axle by releasing the motive power is connected, and the axle of the other swinging rod is mounted through a long hole and elastically pushed downward. A locking body is formed on the swinging rod to lock the wheel of the axle that is pushed elastically when the axle is positioned upward in the elongated hole, and these swinging rods are connected to each other by the elastic body. When the elastic bodies separate from each other, elastic restoring force is applied and accumulated to the elastic bodies, and this applied and accumulated elastic force attracts each other and returns to the original position, and the front and rear swinging rods are attached to the chassis.
