The in-line method incorporates a packaging material sterilizer inside the filling machine, which complicates the structure of the filling machine and makes the equipment larger and more expensive. On the other hand, the off-line method supplies sterile packaging materials to a filling machine, and there is no need to provide a packaging material sterilizer, which has the advantage of being cheaper and requiring simpler equipment.

Incidentally, even when five people put the sheet-like packaging material 2 packed into the bag 8 into the filling machine, the outer surface of the bag 3 was exposed to the outside air, so it was not in a sterile state. Therefore, filling machines are generally provided with a sterilization chamber, and the bags 8 are sterilized in this sterilization chamber. However, many wrinkles 4 are formed in the bag 8, and it is difficult to completely sterilize the bag by partially folding the inside of the wrinkles 4.

On the other hand, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned wrinkles, it is possible to use a shrink film, but since shrink film packaging requires holes for air venting, it is not possible to maintain a sterile state.

In addition to the above-mentioned FB sterilization, it is also possible to perform γ-ray sterilization or EOG (ethylene oxide gas) sterilization, but both have slow processing speeds, and R-ray sterilization requires radiation MS shielding. requires huge equipment. however,
EB sterilization has the advantage that the equipment itself does not need to be turned into a pilot type, and that the packaging material can be sterilized while being continuously fed at a high speed.

On the other hand, the window cleaner 19 for winding up the exterior packaging material 18 set in the sterile chamber 12 has a rod shape as shown in FIG.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the outer packaging material 18 has a width that can cover the flange (described later) of the core material 16 for sheet-like packaging material, and its - side, that is, the surface that wraps around the sheet-like packaging material 15. A double-sided adhesive tape 26 is attached to both sides of the tape, and a double-sided adhesive tape 27 is attached to the width direction as well. The IMJ spacing of the double-sided adhesive tapes 27 and 27 is made larger than the outer circumferential length of the flange of the core material 16.

Next, the outer packaging material 18 that was previously rolled up is placed on the sterile operating gloves 2.
While peeling off the release paper of the double-sided adhesive tape 26 on both sides, remove the outer peripheral part 29 a of the flange 29 of the core material 16 from the I/C.
Wrap and glue. (- After winding up the tool, use a cutter to cut the double-sided adhesive tape 27 in the width direction, leaving a sufficient adhesive margin, and use the outer packaging material 18σ)
The reason why I cut the double-sided adhesive tape 27 leaving a sufficient margin to make it possible to cut the double-sided adhesive tape 27 with -18 pressure 1 material 1 Q small Yo Shiba + y → A was to prevent groaning during sterilization in the filling machine. This is done by preventing excess packaging material from coming out from the adhesive tape 27 to prevent poor sterilization.
