空外囲器の復元力によりらせんお−よび誘電体支柱を締
結固定し、かつこの真空外囲器の外周部に複数個の環状
磁極を具備した進行波管等の遅波回路構体に於いて、ら
せんおよび３本の誘電体支柱を収納し、復元力により固
定してなる真空外囲器の外周部を機械加工等によりその
断面が真円になるごとく成形した後、該真空外囲器を複
数個の環状磁極をその外周部にろう付等により固定して
なる円筒状金属支持管内に挿入したことを特徴とする進
