Claims (1)
ヒータHと前記真空引合盤2との間に上部包装フィルム
Fをクランプして昇降開閉する上枠6と、下枠7をほぼ
水平に設置し、前記真空引台盤2上に下部包装板材を介
して上面に被包装物を載置し、前記上、下枠6,7によ
り上部包装フィルムFを上昇させると共に電熱ヒータH
により加熱軟化させた直後、上下枠6,7によりこの加
熱軟化状態の上部包装フィルムFを真空引合盤2上の被
包装物及び下部包装板材上に降下さ妊ると同時に真空引
台盤による真空引出作用により上部包装フィルムFを被
包装物及び下部包装板材に真空密着させるように構成゛
した真空包装機において、前記真空引台盤2上に肉厚の
下部包装台板3を介して上面に多数の半球形空気室4を
形成したプラスチックスより成る気泡緩衝材5を載置し
、この気泡緩衝材5上に被包装物Pを載置し、加熱軟化
状態の上部包装フィルムFと、真空引合盤2による真空
引作用により被包装物Pを真空包装することを特徴とす
