ニング部材を介して後傾自在に取付けられているセンタ
シートおよびリヤシートとを備えており、該リヤシート
のシートクッション後部はロック部材によってリヤフロ
アに対して着脱自在とされ、前記リヤシートのシートク
ッション前部には、下端をリヤフロアに回動自在・に取
付けてなるリンク部材の上端が回動自在に取付けられて
いて、車室内壁には、前記センタシートのシートバッグ
後傾時に該シートバックの後端部からりャシートのシー
トクッションを起立状態′ に保持する第１保持部材
と、該第１保持部材より後方にあって、前記リヤシート
のシートクッションが起立状態にあるとき、該リヤシー
トのシートバックを後方へ水平状態に保持する第２保持
部材とが設けられていることを特徴とする自動車のシー
