    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シートバックの側面に、ロック解除レバ一部を有するロ
    ック爪を一方向に付勢しなから揺動可能に取付ける一方
    、シートバックを回動可能に支持するためにシートクッ
    ションの後部側面に取付けた支持プレートの縁部に、シ
    ートバックがシートクッション上に重なるように前倒れ
    回動したときに上記ロック爪が係合する第一係合部と、
    シートバックが起立しているときに上記ロック爪が係合
    する第二係合部とを形成したことを特徴とする、折たた
    みシートにおけるシートバックのロック機構。
