断面図、第３図は計量部１０の斜視図である。 図中、１０は計量部、１１は計量皿、２０はプリンタ本
体、２１はラベル移送装置、２６はラベルを示す。 補正　昭５８．１２．２９ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する。 Ｏ実用新案登録請求の範囲 （１）計量面に載置された被計量物の重量信号を出力す
る計量部と、この計量部からの重量信号に基づいて被計
量物のデータを算出する演算部と、この演算部で算出さ
れたデータをラベルに印字するラベル印字部と、このラ
ベル印字部で印字されたラベルを台紙から剥離させるラ
ベル発行部と、このラベル発行部で発行されたラベルを
貼付位置で保持するラベル保持部とを具備する計量ラベ
ルプリンタにおいて、上記計量部をラベル貼付位置に対
して下側に配設し、かつ計量面の少なくとも一部を正反
射面に形成したことを特徴とする計量ラベルプリンタ。 （２）上記ラベル保持部はラベル移送手段を備え、ラベ
ル発行部で発行された、ラベルを貼付位置まで移送する
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の計量ラベルプリ
ンタ。 （３）上記ラベル移送手段はラベル発行部で発行された
ラベルを空気の吸い込みにより保持した状態でラベル貼
付位置まで移送し、ラベル貼付位置において被貼付品を
押し付けることによってラベルの貼付を行うものである

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）計量面に搭載された被計量物の重量信号を出力す
    る計量部と、この計量部からの重量信号に基づいて被計
    量物の価格を算出する演算部と、この演算部で算出され
    た価格をラベルに印字するラベル印字部と、このラベル
    印字部で印字されたラベルを台紙から剥離させるラベル
    発行部と、このラベル発行部で発行されたラベルを貼付
    位置で保持するラベル保持部とを具備する計量ラベルプ
    リンタにおいて、上記計量部をラベル貼付位置に対して
    下側に配設し、かつ計量面の少なくとも一部を正反射面
    に形成したことを特徴とする計量ラベルプリンタ。
  2. （２）上記ラベル保持部はラベル移送手段を備え、ラベ
    ル発行部で発行された、ラベルを貼付位置まで移送する
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の計量ラベイレプ
    リンタ。
  3. （３）　　上記ラベル移送手段はラベル発行部で発行さ
    れたラベルを空気の吸い込みにより保持した状態でラベ
    ル貼付位置まで移送し、ラベル貼付位置において被貼付
    品を押し付けることによってラベルの貼付を行うもので
    ある実用新案登録請求の第２項に記載の計量ラベルプリ
    ンタ。
