所に扁平凹部１２ａを切欠ぎ決形成し、前記土寄せアー
ム８の基部には前記往復回動軸１２に側方より外嵌する
半割り状ボス１４を固設するとともに、このボス１４に
前記扁平凹入部１２ａに係入接当する凸部１４ａを形成
し、この凸部１４ａと扁平凹入部１２ａとの嵌合部に連
