従来例の構成とその問題点
従来、第1図に示す成形品を成形する金型は第2図に示

が生じ、パリが発生しやすい。これを防止するためには
、射出圧力を小さくしなければならず、成形条件の範囲
が狭くなりまた成形時の管理も困難になるという問題点

の範囲が拡がり成形時の管理もやりやすくなるという特
