    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バッテリを電源とするトランジスタ・チョッパ装置にお
    いて、出力トランジスタのベースにベース電流を供給す
    るベース電源の電圧が予め定められた設定値より下がっ
    たことを検出する検出手段と、前記ベース電源の電圧が
    前記設定値より下がったときに前記検出手段の出力に基
    づいて前記ベース電流を断とする制御手段とを具備する
    ことを特徴とするトランジスタ・チョッパ装置。
