  1. 建物の外壁との間に間隙をあけて設けられ浴室を形成す
    るユニットバスの壁体と、上記外壁とを貫通して浴室お
    よび屋外に開口するダクトを設け、このダクトの外周部
    に上記間隙に開口する吸込孔を形成し、上記ダクトに換
    気扇を取り付けて構成した換気装置。
