    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部に第−室と第二室とを有する外筒と、第−室を貫通
    して第二室に開口するとともに、第−室に多数の小孔に
    より連通ずる排気入口管と、第二室を貫通して第−室に
    開口するとともに、第二室に多数の小孔により連通ずる
    排気出口管と、を備えた消音器において、上記排気入口
    管の中心軸線を、排気出口管の中心軸線よりも外筒の中
    心軸線に対して接近させるとともに、外筒の中心軸線か
    ら所定距離だけ離れた排気出口管の外面の一部に、上記
    多数の小孔を形成したことを特徴とする消音器。
