  1. 耐熱性材料からなる棒状の芯材を成形し、該芯材の周囲
    に耐熱合金製細線の入った窒化はう素ヤーンを袋編みし
    た編組層を形成し、該編組層の周囲に耐熱性材料を含む
    潤滑材層を被層することによって構成された耐熱バッキ
    ング。
