    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送信出力段が電界効果トランジスタ（ＦＥＴ）で構成さ
    れた送信機において、その送信出力レベルに応じて上記
    電界効果トランジスタの動作電源、電圧を制御すること
    により、上記送信出力レベルの安定化を図ったことを特
    徴とする送信機。
