Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the replacement of an anode in a ship by installing the upper and the lower screw seats onto an outside plate from the inside of the ship towards seawater and screwing-in an integrally-formed shaft having the anode installed between the upper and the lower screws, thus sealing-in seawater by the packing performance of the screw part. CONSTITUTION:When the cover 2 of a cover 1 is demounted and the square head 6 of an upper screw 5 is turned in the loosening direction, an anode 10 installed integrally with the upper screw 5 and a lower screw 8 shifts upward. When the upper screw 5 rises and is exposed from an upper-screw seat 4, the fitting of the lowe screw 8 is released from a lower-screw seat 7, and the lower screw 8 rises. When the upper screw 5 is released from the upper-screw seat 4, the lower screw 8 is fitted into the upper-screw seat 4, since L1>L2. The lower screw 8 is raised further, and the anode 10 is arranged at the upper part of the upper-screw seat 4. Since, in this state, the lower screw 8 is fitted into the upper-screw seat 4, seawater is sealed-in, and when the installation bolt 11a and nut 11b of the anode 10 are released, the anode 10 is divided into two parts, and the replacement of the anode in a ship is permitted.

The present invention has been made so that the above-mentioned replacement work can be carried out even when the ship is sailing. An upper screw washer is attached to the hull outer plate part with the other end protruding into the ship, and has a female thread cut on the inner surface, and has the same female screw structure as the upper screw washer inside the no chest. It is attached and fixed to the hull outer plate part with the same center and has a screw seat at the bottom,
The central axis is the same, and male threads of the same diameter are cut on the top and bottom to form an integral structure, and the upper threaded part fits into the upper screw seat, and the lower threaded part fits into the lower screw seat and can rotate, rising. Accordingly, the lower threaded part fits into the upper screw seat before the upper threaded part comes out of the upper screw seat, sealing the intrusion of seawater into the ship. and an anode that can be removed while the upper screw portion passes through the upper screw seat as it rises, and the lower screw portion fits into the upper screw seat to seal seawater from entering the ship. The present invention provides a replaceable sea chest characterized by:

Reference numeral 50a indicates a portion of the hull where seawater is present, 50b indicates a hull outer plate, and 50c indicates an outer portion of the hull. The screw seat 4 into which the upper screw 5 is fitted and inserted is welded to the outer plate 501), and the lower screw seat 7 of the lower screw 8 is fixed to the outer plate 501) by the support 12 inside the chest 50a. . The upper and lower screw seats 4 and 7 are female threaded, and the upper and lower screw seats 5

In Figure 4, a't 2 of cover 1 is connected to bolt nano 1.
Do not loosen and remove 3. When the square head 6 of the upper screw 15 is rotated in the loosening direction using a spanner, the anode 10, which has been Iffed together with the upper screw 5 and the lower screw 8, moves upward. As shown in Figure 8A5, the upper screw 5 is attached to the upper part 1.
When the L and L screw seats 4↓ are exposed, follow this and lower the lower screws 8.
Double the fitting from the lower screw seat 7 with VJ.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, when the upper screw 5 is removed from the upper threaded portion 4, the king screw 8 is fitted into the upper screw portion 4 where L+>1-2. Furthermore, the lower screw 8 is screwed down and the anode 10 is placed up to the top of the upper screw portion 4. In this state, the seawater is sealed because the lower screw 8 is fitted into the lower screw part 4, and the additional bolt 11a of the anode 10 is sealed.
, if the nut 1-11b is released, the anode 10 becomes lOa,
10b is divided into two parts, making it possible to exchange them. After replacing the anode, the ITl will be restored, but this work can be done by reversing the procedure described above.

According to the above-described replacement chest anode of the present invention, the upper screw part and the lower screw part that fits therein,
- Integrate the top screw and the bottom screw that fits with the I-ring with the same diameter (14 construction). If possible, you can check the anode wear amount and replace it at any time] (not limited to inside the dry dock)
In consideration of the possibility of leakage from the threaded part, the anode seat part has a double structure with a cover covered with a blind flange/jet, and the threaded part that exits outside the ship has a double structure. In order to prevent breakage and adhesion to the sea-generating parts, a female screw is provided as a protective pressure, making it possible to replace it even while the ship is sailing.
