、前記したポンプ機構は内部円筒状の空間を隔壁により
二分されて一方を吸排気室、他方を酸素室とすると共に
、上記隔壁の中間にはシール材を介して上記内部円筒状
空間の両端に支承されるところの回転自在なローター軸
、および該軸に一体に装着され一方を吸排気室内の周壁
面に気密に摺接するとともに、他方を酸素室内の周壁面
に気密に摺接させたローターフィンからなり、しかもポ
ンプ機構の少なくとも一側から突出した上記ローター軸
にはこれに一体的に結合させたアームを介して開閉する
