になる弁棒と弁座の構造を示す縦断面図である。
１は駆動部、２は弁本体、３はプランジャ、４．９は弁
棒、５はガス出力口、６はガス入力口、７は弁棒４のテ
ーパー面、８，１０はテーパー面を備えた弁座、１１は
弁棒９の先端、１２は弁棒９の先端１１と弁座１０との
