流体バルブを繰り返し使用した後の弁棒と弁座部の縦断
面図、第３図は本考案による弁−と弁座部あ縦断面図で
ある。 １は駆動部、２は弁本体、３はプランジャ、４．１４は
弁棒、５はガス出力口、６はガス入力口、７，１７は弁
棒のテーパー面、８，１８はテーパー面を備えた弁座、
９は弁棒部の大金なくぼみ、１０は弁棒部の小さなくぼ
み、１１はくぼみ９の平面部、１２は弁座の平面部、１
５は弁座１８のテーパー面の外径、１６は弁棒１４のテ
ーパー面が切れた部分の直径である。

  1. テーパー面を備えた弁棒とテーパー面の弁座を備えた弁
    本体とからなり、該弁棒のテーパー面の最大直径が前記
    弁座のテーパー面の最大直径より大きくないことを特徴
    とした流体バルブ。
