``This kind of wavy or curved foamed synthetic resin sheet generally uses the foaming mold itself as a wavy or curved molded product, or molds it as a thick flat plate and then molds it into a wavy or curved shape. It was reprocessed and molded using a heated processing die, and another method was planned in which it was formed by cutting it into a wavy shape, but in both cases, the molding cost is high and the processed surface is inferior. It also has many drawbacks, such as being unsuitable for producing long objects.

However, in recent years, due to the petroleum situation and other reasons, more efficient insulation and materials with various functions such as sound insulation and buffering have been developed at lower cost due to the petroleum situation and other reasons. has come to be requested. The present invention has been disclosed on the premise of such circumstances and for the purpose of avoiding the disadvantages of the prior art, and is a method for forming laminated films and laminated sheets such as ordinary resin films or resin sheets. Using almost the same equipment, it is possible to provide large quantities of wavy or curved foamed synthetic resin laminates at low cost, and the strength and surface properties of the molded products are better than conventional products. In order to make it extremely superior, the main points of its structure are as follows: In a foamed synthetic resin plate that is planned to be laminated with multiple sheets, each end surface that is planned to be bonded is heated to make it a fusible surface, and then The fusible surfaces of each of these are tightly joined and the roll is inserted between pressure rolls having different rotation speeds, and considerable design changes are planned in accordance with the gist of this configuration. .

In the following, the details of the present invention will be described with reference to a curved embodiment shown in the drawings, where la and lb are foamed synthetic resin sheets, particularly thermoplastic resin foamed sheets that can be heated and created with a weldable surface. This means that the same action and effect can be expected even when it is made into a thin film or thick foamed resin board, and it is not necessarily necessary to use a long piece in response to the molding purpose. It goes without saying that this method could be applied not only to continuous molded products, but also to short products, such as the cylinder shown in Figure 4, which itself becomes the final part. In addition, as far as the form of foaming is concerned, as long as heating and welding is possible, it is applicable to any form of material, whether it is open cell, closed cell, or a mixture of both. It is possible, and the heating range, crimping range, etc. are determined in consideration of the thickness, length, material characteristics, etc. of the target material.

Furthermore, for materials for which it is difficult to create a fusible surface, pre-treatments such as heating and impregnation with a fusible resin emulsion may be applied as necessary to create a better weldable surface. In each case, sufficient heating, welding, and cooling are required to maintain the shape.

The end faces of the sheets la, lb, etc. specified in the description are heated using various methods, and the illustrated example shows a heat pipe 2, but Depending on the shape, properties, etc., other heating means such as hot gas flow heating, high frequency heating, ultrasonic heating, or a general electric heater may be used.

The sheets la and lb heated so that their adhesive end faces can be welded are inserted between pressure rolls 3a and 3b, and the adhesive surfaces are tightly pressed to produce a laminated sheet a. By driving one of the rolls 3a and 3b at a lower speed than the other 3b, the amount of feed of the sheet lb by the roll 3b becomes greater than the amount of feed of the sheet la by the roll 3a, and by driving the roll 3a at a low speed, By making the pressure bonding time of the heating surface of the sheet la relatively long and making the composition of the region denser, and by making the pressure bonding time of the sheet lb by the roll 3b relatively short, The composition is relatively coarse so that the laminated plate A can be formed into a curve. Next, the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 shows the case where such sheets la and lb are made into elongated products, and a roll 3a is used.

This shows the case where the speed is set faster than the rule 3b. Furthermore, the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 shows a case where the rolls 3a and 3b are alternately moved farther apart, and in this case, one of the rolls 3 is moved at a higher speed or faster than the other roll 3. It is also possible to create similar molded products by sequentially changing the speed at low speeds.

Additionally, various other drive systems for the rolls 3 (not shown) are taken into consideration, for example, one roll 3
Considerable design changes were planned, such as creating a single-wavy molded product by repeating the line a to the other roll 3b at the same speed to either low or high speed to the same speed.

In addition, when adhering, there is no need to use a special adhesive, and the material is laminated and bonded, eliminating the problem of deterioration of the properties of the adhesive surface and the destruction of foam particles caused by the adhesive. It was something that could be realized from nothing.
