    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 採光用天窓が開口枠に枢着されていると共に、この採光
    用天窓を開方向に弾発力が付勢され、かつ捲き込み捲き
    戻し自在となったワイヤーを備えた開閉型採光用天窓装
    置において、ワイヤーの駆動部がモーターと、ウオーム
    ギアとで構成されており、かつ、このウオームギアには
    電気的に開閉する爪を備えた電磁クラッチが装備されて
    いることを特徴とする開閉型採光用天窓装置。
