Claims (1)
- 移動機のアーム端に設けてフロッピーチップを把持する
把持具において、アームに下方をテーパとした中空状の
ガイドを固着して設け、吸気管を設けたパイプと外接し
てピンを介して爪を揺動可能に設け、爪の外表面と前記
ガイドの中空状面とは摺接して設け、パイプの下方にフ
ロッピーチップの長さまたは幅と同等の寸法をもった吸
着面を設けて吸気管と連通した吸気口を下面に設けた吸
着具を固着し、爪が殻間のときに吸着具の幅に合致する
ような爪端としてフロッピーチップを吸着して吸着具の
下面で爪端によりズレ修正をすることを特徴とする移載
機の把持具。
