一方に配設されて複数の噛合い歯を有するラチェットと
、前記他方に配設されて前記ラチェットの噛合い歯と選
択的に係脱可能なポールとから成るロック機構により背
もたれ位置調節可能に固定した可動式ヘッドレスト装置
において、前記ラチェットの側面に、前記ポールの側面
と当接可能な噛合い外れ防止プレートを付設して、前記
ポールが前記ラチェットの歯の側面から外れることを防
