Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit to collect proper amount of liquid in a vessel easily by one hand by employing the bellows type pump. CONSTITUTION:The bellows type pump unit 5 is compressed by pushing it. Then, air in the pump unit 5 pushes up a ball 4, passes through a water passing port 3a and is pushed out to the outside of the water passing port 1a of a non-return valve 1. In this case, the ball 9 closes the water passing port 7 of a valve seat 6. Next, the ball 4 is pushed down to close the water passing port 3a of an operating member 3 simultaneously with the beginning of restoration of the bellows type pump unit 5. In this case, the ball 9 is sucked up to the lower surface of the ball retainer 8 by the suction force, the water passing port 7 of the valve seat 6 is opened and the liquid in the vessel is sucked up through a suction pipe 10 to a place higher than the ball 9.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Technical Field) The present invention can be used for a wide range of liquids, and can be used to suck up an appropriate amount of liquid and guide it to the outside with simple table operations. This lock is designed to prevent the liquid from leaking out even if no suppression operation is performed.

(Purpose) The present invention makes it possible to easily collect an appropriate amount of liquid with one hand, and even when the container to which this bellows type touch pump is attached is tilted or knocked down, the liquid inside the container does not leak out to the outside, and can be used over a wide range of areas. To enable liquids to be used simply, economically, and cleanly.

(Prior Art) Currently, in most cases when cosmetics, disinfectants, etc. are used, the container is held in the hand and absorbent cotton or the like is soaked in the liquid. In this case, be sure to place cotton wool over the mouth of the container and turn the container upside down. Therefore, when collecting liquid from a container, it is necessary to use both hands, but this is very inconvenient when holding something with one hand. Furthermore, if the container is accidentally knocked over, the liquid inside may spill out and stain clothes, etc., or if the container is forgotten to close, the liquid may evaporate, which is uneconomical. Furthermore, spray pumps have a large stroke that makes them difficult to use, and there are many dissatisfaction among the users, such as spray particles scattering in all directions and making it impossible to get the right amount out.

(解決手段) 本発明はかかる問題点を解決するために。(Solution) The present invention aims to solve such problems.

A bellows-type pump part with upper and lower water inlets is installed L, and the air suction effect due to the compression and restoration of the bellows, the earth in the bellows-type pump part, and the correlation effect with the check valve part provided at the lower water inlet allows the pump to be pumped. By sucking up the liquid and guiding it to the outside through the check valve installed in the water inlet at the top of the bellows type pump part, you can collect the appropriate amount of liquid with one hand without using both hands. The spring and ball of the check valve installed in the upper water inlet completely block the keyed water inlet that cannot be pressed, so even if the container with this bellows-type touch pump installed is turned upside down, it will not be pressed. As long as the liquid inside the container does not leak out, the liquid will not evaporate even if you forget to cover it, and once the liquid has leaked outside, it will not flow back into the container, making it economical and clean. It can be used.

Next, the operation according to FIGS. 2 to 4 will be explained. Figure 2 shows the state before the suppression operation is performed. When sucking up liquid from a container with this bellows type touch pump installed, please perform the suppression operation in the direction of the arrow as shown in Figure 3. Otherwise, the bellows type pump part (5) is compressed as shown in Figure 3, and the air inside the bellows type pump part (5) generates a pressure greater than the pressure of the spring (2), causing the ball (4) to The ball (
9), as shown in Figure 3, the water inlet (7) of the valve seat (6) is blocked as in Figure 2, where no operation has been performed.Next, by releasing the suppression operation, As shown in Figure 4, the ball (4
) is pushed downward by the spring (2), and at the same time the water inlet (3a) of the operating member (3) is closed, the bellows pump part (5) begins to return to its original state, and the suction force at that time Sibor (
9) is sucked upward to the bottom surface of the pole holder (8), the water inlet (7) of the valve seat (6) is opened, and the liquid in the container is sucked up through the suction pipe Q0 and into the bowl (9). sucked upwards. The liquid sucked up in this way is stored inside the bellows type pump section (5).At this time, as the amount of liquid in the container decreases, the air pressure in the container decreases.
When using this bellows type touch pump, slightly loosen the valve seat (6a) and the fitting screw part (6a) between the container and the gasket.
By providing a small space between them, air flows from the outside to the inside of the container, assisting the restoring force of the bellows pump section (5) and allowing quick restoration. By repeating the above operations at an angle, the liquid in the container to which the bellows type touch pump is attached can be easily taken out and used.

When this bellows touch pump is not in use, the valve seat (
By tightening 6) and the fitting screw part (6a) of the container, the seal ul acts and the liquid inside the container does not flow out to the outside. In addition, the liquid inside the bellows type pump part (5) cannot flow out because the ball (4) blocks the water inlet (3a) of the operating member (3) by the pressure of the spring (2). Even if the container is tilted or tipped over, the liquid tends to flow out without being suppressed.

In addition, the amount of liquid retained can be increased by making the saucer section (3b) of the operating member (3) into a shape as shown in FIG. 6

Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 6, if the sponge ←2 is fitted into the inside of the lid (13), when in use, it can be removed from the main body by pressing the lid α1 with one button and then fitting it into the lid (13). The sponge A2 is impregnated with an appropriate amount of liquid and can be used immediately. In this way, the present invention can be widely applied to everything from kitchen detergents to fragrances and cosmetics.

(Effects) By attaching the bellows type touch pump of the present invention to a container, it is possible to easily dispense the appropriate amount of liquid in the container with one hand, without using both hands, due to its short stroke and simple structure. The liquid inside the container does not leak out even when the container is tilted or knocked down when carrying it, making it possible to use it in a wide range of applications such as cosmetics and disinfectants, making it simple, safe, and economical. Moreover, it is an invention with excellent practicality, such as being able to sample liquid hygienically.
