Traditionally, processed rice foods such as rice balls sold at supermarkets and shops have been packaged in triangular bags to match the shape of the rice balls. There is no thickness at the side edges or beveled edges, and the front and back pieces are usually in contact when not in use, and since they are made of synthetic resin film, the area between the two pieces is electrically charged. This has the fatal disadvantage that static electricity is likely to be generated, and therefore, the two pieces are in close contact with each other, making it difficult to open the bag when storing rice balls. In particular, this drawback tends to be more pronounced in packaging bags made of thick film. As a result, the entire opening of the bag cannot be opened sufficiently, especially depending on the machine.
Therefore, it has not been possible to fully carry out the automatic packaging of products by machines, and conventionally the above-mentioned packaging work has been carried out mainly by hand.

Furthermore, since the triangular bag as described above has no thickness at the beveled edge, the bag does not follow the shape of the rice ball when the rice ball is stored therein, and therefore has the disadvantage that it is likely to lose its shape.

Therefore, as a means to eliminate all of the above-mentioned drawbacks, it is possible to form a gusset on the beveled edge of the triangular bag, but due to the special shape of the triangle, it is difficult to form a gusset on such a packaging bag. Due to the manufacturing process, this could not be achieved with conventional packaging bags of this type.

In order to solve all of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has developed a packaging bag that has a beveled edge, such as the triangular bag for rice balls, rather than a bag that has only straight edges for general product packaging. It was invented with the aim of forming a gusset on the beveled edge of the object, and its purpose was to make the opening process easier and to enable automatic packaging of special-shaped products such as rice balls. To provide a completely new method for producing a triangular packaging bag with a gusset that does not lose its shape when storing products.

The present invention has been made to achieve such an object, and involves folding both side edges of a long sheet jfA made of thermoplastic synthetic resin into a hollow tube to form a gazebo I. By cutting the long sheet material across both side edges and thermally cutting the long film at a predetermined angle to form a triangle with the cut line portion, The present invention provides a manufacturing method for manufacturing a triangular packaging bag having a cut line portion as an opening and a side edge where the gusset is formed and a fusing line portion formed by thermal fusing as side oblique edges.

That is, by forming gussets on both side edges of a long sheet formed into a cylindrical shape, and by thermally cutting and cutting the long sheet material, the oblique edges where the gussets are formed are made into one side. A triangular packaging bag will be manufactured.

Since the triangular packaging bag manufactured in this way has a gusset formed on the beveled edge, the beveled edge is thick and the front and back sides of the bag come into contact with each other. Therefore, there is no possibility that static electricity will be generated between the two pieces.

The present invention provides a long sheet 4 formed into a cylindrical shape as described above.
4. Since the bag is manufactured by a simple process of forming gussets on both side edges, fusing and cutting a long sheet material, the gusset part and the fusing part are attached to both sides of the bag, that is, the oblique edges,
Triangular packaging bags with a gusseted opening are now produced in large quantities, making it easy to form gussets on the beveled edges, which was not possible with conventional triangular packaging bags. We have achieved remarkable results in that it can be realized.

Moreover, since the bags are manufactured continuously by the operations of cutting and fusing as described above, there are great practical benefits in that mass production becomes possible and bag manufacturing can be automated by machines or the like.

Furthermore, since the packaging bags manufactured in this way prevent the generation of static electricity between the front and back pieces by forming the gusset as described above, there is no possibility that the two pieces of the bag will come into close contact with each other. Therefore, it is possible to easily open the bag, especially by machine, and as a result, it is possible to automatically package special shaped products such as rice balls using the triangular packaging bag, which improves the efficiency of the packaging work. There is a huge practical benefit of a significant improvement.

Furthermore, when the product is stored, the gusset expands and the packaging bag conforms to the shape of the product, so the bag never loses its shape.

Then, the long film l is further cut at an angle of about 60 degrees with the fusing line 5 and parallel to the cutting line 4, and then at an angle of about 60 degrees with the cutting line 4. Then, the fused wire portion 5 is formed again. Cutting and melting like this 11
By repeating steps 1i alternately, the cutting line portion 4 is formed into the opening 6, the fusing line portion 5 and the gussets 3, 3 are formed into the beveled edges 7, 8.
The outer shape of a large number of packaging bags 9 is formed, and at the same time, the triangular remaining portion 10 shown in FIG. A chamfered portion 13a is formed on the upper edge of the other bag. Furthermore, by cutting the triangular end portion 14 facing the remaining portion 1o, the other chamfered portion 13
After that, one side of the trapezoidal film was cut along the dashed line of the cut and melted bag shown in FIG. 3, and the remaining film was sealed into a sealing piece 1.
5, a triangular packaging bag 9 is manufactured in M shape as shown in FIG.

The packaging bag 9 manufactured as described above has the gusset 3 formed on the beveled edge 8, so the packaging bag 9
A gap is created between the front piece 16 and the back piece 17 of the front piece 16,
There is no static electricity generated between the back pieces 17, and the opening of the packaging bag 9 can be done very easily.
The storage work can be done very easily. The opening 6 of the packaging bag 9 containing the rice balls 18 is sealed with the sealing piece 15 as shown in FIG. 5.

Furthermore, the material of the packaging bag 9 in the above embodiment is not limited to the synthetic resin type film of the embodiment, but may also be a sheet material thicker than the film, in short, a thermoplastic synthetic resin sheet material that can be thermally melted and cut. Further, in this embodiment, a long film 1 previously formed into a cylindrical shape is used as the bag's cover, and this long film is formed by, for example, both ends 19a of one film as shown in FIG. , 19b may be formed into a cylindrical shape by heat-sealing the film 2o and the sheet JA21 thicker than the film 20, as shown in FIG.
It may be formed into a cylindrical shape by heat sealing both ends 20a, 20b and 21a, 21b, respectively. In particular, in the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 8, it is possible to configure the front piece I6 of the packaging bag 9 with a transparent film 20 and the back piece 17 with an opaque film 14'21. This has the advantage that it can be more clearly recognized in appearance and the strength of the packaging bag 9 is guaranteed.
