Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the man-machine interface by securing the simultaneous and common properties among monitor operators by means of a multi-screen and at the same time combining optionally the screens to ensure a highly flexible display. CONSTITUTION:Display devices 41m, 42m and 43m of each display of a multi- screen consisting of four large-size screens are set the upper front sides of monitor areas 61, 62 and 63 of a monitor board 5. Thus it is possible to monitor all devices 41m-43m from areas 61-64. In such a way, each monitor operator in a monitor room can confirm also monitor items of another monitor operator. This ensures the simultaneous and common properties among those monitor operators and can build up a closer connection among them. Furthermore a flexible display is possible owing to use a multi-screen, and the man-machine interface is improved.

By the way, although the above explanation has been given regarding the monitoring function Z, this type of monitoring device controls the plant, that is, the group of monitored objects (1), by the operation of the monitoring person on the monitoring panel (5). Usually, it also has so-called operating functions.

Now, in the conventional system, when operating the plant (1), a supervisor must go to the operating location and operate it while looking at the display device CRT, but the CRT is visible only to the supervisor. do not have. In other words, for example, if there is a watcher sitting in the monitoring area (62), there is a watcher sitting in the monitoring area (62).

The guards at (65) and (64) do not know how many operations the guard at (62) is currently operating or what their current status is. For this reason, there is a lack of simultaneity and commonality,
There was a risk that the communication between the lifeguards would be disrupted. Also, since each display device exists independently, 1
Only one screen can be displayed on two display devices at the same time, which reduces the amount of information.

This invention was made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional device as described above.9 For example, by employing a large multi-screen 7 instead of the conventional CRT, it is possible to improve the simultaneity and commonality between observers. A monitoring device 'f' that can be used to display a flexible display by arbitrarily combining nine screens, and can be used to increase the man-machine interface scale by kneading. It is something that one is trying to obtain.

By the way, such monitoring devices generally display a screen when a supervisor makes a request, but 1. Highly important screens are automatically displayed by some trigger signal (the screen is automatically displayed even if there is no request). This invention is very effective. It is also possible to realize it.

As shown in Figures (al, (t)l), it is possible to enlarge the time axis of the trend graph by 72 times if necessary.Furthermore, as shown in Figure aW5, it is possible to enlarge the time axis of the trend graph by 72 times.
As shown in Figure 6, it is possible to display a combination of two sub-system screens, and to display all the information necessary for one operation at once, allowing for flexible display. In addition, in the above embodiment, a large multi-screen was used, but since simultaneousness and commonality are also required, the seventh screen may be a large-sized display. Also, since display flexibility is required, I7 may be a multi-screen. Furthermore, in the actual Mt+ example above.

As described above, this invention allows each guard in the monitoring room to check the monitoring items of other guards, creating synchronicity and commonality among the guards, making their coordination stronger. In addition, by using a multi-screen display, flexible display becomes possible, which can be expected to improve man-machine interface performance.
