内部に循環液を貯溜するように形成し、恒温水槽内に配

熱交換用コイルを構成し、該熱交換用コイルを恒温水槽
内に配置すると共に一端を上記密閉栓を通して容器内の
底部近（に開口した輸液管、に）パイプで造られ、一端
を上記密閉栓を通して容器内の上部側に開口して配置し
、他端を上記輸液管の他端と被加温部を介して連結し、
・上記循環液の循環路を形成する液体戻し管、（ホ）上
記輸液管に介装し、循環液を循環させるポンプ、（へ）
速度調節器を備え、上記ポンプを駆動するモータ、（ト
）上記液体戻り管中に介装し、上記モータの速度調節器
側と電気的に連結した温度センサーとを備えて成り、上
記ポンプにより輸液管および液体戻し管を通じて循環さ
せている循環液の温度を上記温度センサーにより感知さ
せ、該センサーからの指令により、該センサ一部におけ
る循環液の温度が基準値より低いときは高速に、また、
高いときには低速になるように、上記モータの回転速度
を自動的にコントロールさせるように構成したことを特
