水の水質を極端に悪化して排水の浄化効率を低下させ、
更には排水中の羽毛、小骨等が浄化処理機器のポンプ、
バルブ類の寿命を短かくし、又この様な食品加工処理段
階で応々に発生し、或は使用されて排水と共に投棄され
る油分(N−へキサン)は浄化処理の主要部材たる活性
汚泥床等に付着して排水処理を不能にしているものであ
る。本発明は種々の爽雑物が混入する汚水を円筒形の回
転ドラムの上端より内周面に張設する極小の網目の金網
に向け拡散噴射して汚水中の欠雑物を機械的に分離する
様にしているものであるから、金網により漣過された汚
水は事後の浄化処理に際して水質を悪化させる憂いなく
従来に比べて簡易な浄化処理が可能となり、更に分離さ
れた爽雑物はその分離過程の回転ドラム内で油分(N−
へキサン)の70%以上を付着回収して回転ドラムの下
端より排出するので、油分(Nーヘキサン)による浄化
処理の効率低下、ひいては処理不能等の懸念が生じない
ものである。

する爽雑物21を完全に取り除く為に金網3の内周面上

3に押圧して回転ドラム6の回転に伴って回転して網目
を清掃し、更に回転ドラム6の下方に残留する爽雑物2
1を回転ドラム6の下端へ的確に排出する金属板或はゴ
ム板により形成される排出板22により汚水中の爽雑物
21が完全に分離除去されるものである。又、回転ドラ
ム6内の上端より残留される爽雑物21が回転ドラム6
の下端より排出される過程において汚水中の油分(N−
へキサン)を70%以上付着して災雑物21と共に排出
するものである。本発明の用途は上述する如くの汚水中
の欠雑物除去に限定されることなく、利用範囲により回
転ドラム6の長短、金網3の網目の大きさ及び拡散板1
7の拡散角度を自由に変更することによっておよそ水液
中に混入する固形物を機械的に連続して分離するもので
、例えば大量の加圧水量を使用しながらトンネルを掘削
する場合には本発明により水と土砂を完全に分離して水
を再利用出来るものである等その利用範囲は極めて広汎
な有益なる発明として利用出釆るものである。

管を配し、その導入管の先端には円錐形の拡散板の凸出
部が導入管の管口部と対向する様に取着すると共に、回
転ドラムの外周面上方に外筒の排出孔に向け多数の噴射
ノズルを取着した噴射管を配管してなる汚水中の懸濁物

ーリーと回転ドラムのVベルトプーリーとに夫々Vベル
トを掛渡して、機枠上に設けるモーターにより回転ドラ
ムが低速で回転する様にし、又回転ドラムの上端開口部
より回転ドラム内に導入管を配管し、その導入管の先端
には円錐形の拡散板の凸出部が導入管の管口部と対向す
る様に取着すると共に、回転ドラムの外周面上方に外筒
の排出孔に向け多数の噴射ノズルを取着した噴射管を配
管してなる汚水中の懸濁物及び油分除去装置。
