    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 紙搬送方向と交差して複写機本体に回転自在に配置され
    た軸と、前記軸に固定され且つ自由端を紙搬送路に進退
    可能な第１−のレバーと、前記軸に固定され且つ自由端
    に磁石体を有する第２のレバーと、前記第１のレバーの
    前記紙搬送路への進出時に前記磁石体に近接して配置さ
    れた磁気近接スイッチと、前記進出時に前記磁石を吸引
    する磁性部材とを含むことを特徴とする複写機の紙検知
    装置。
