Abstract

PURPOSE:To solidify waste oil in form of balls and to make the waste oil convenient to handle by submerging the waste oil component floating and accumualting on the surface of a small-sized tank into the water by rotary vanes. CONSTITUTION:When waste oil is introduced through the inflow port 2 of a tank 1 into the tank, the waste water flowing over the 1st baffle plate 3 forms approximately laminar flow and the waste oil component is floated and is blocked by the 2nd baffle plate 8, by which the waste oil component is accumulated in said part. The floating waste coil component is rotated by plural bar-shaped rotary vanes 5 attached to a shaft 4 revolved by a pulley 6 and a belt 7 then the waste oil sticks and grows on the vanes 5 and is thus solidified to oil balls. The oil is thus made easier to handle.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to oil separation in an oil separation tank, and in particular, to a small-sized oil sail tank that solidifies waste oil, which was difficult to handle, into a ball shape for easy disposal. In order to treat it, it is necessary to reduce the oil content measured as N-hexane extracted content to below the standard value according to the pollution control ordinance, which has recently become stricter. Since the oil content of oil has become regulated, the oil content is usually brought to the surface in an oil separation tank and the floating waste oil is transferred to the waste oil tank for disposal, but because it is a liquid, it is inconvenient to handle. Organic matter such as rice grains in the waste oil rots and gives off a bad odor, causing secondary pollution. In addition, it is expensive to dispose of this mushy waste oil. This was a source of concern for small and medium-sized businesses such as guesthouses, restaurants, and school cafeterias, as well as households that discharge water into rivers and lakes.

Also, in recent years, with the strengthening of pollution prevention ordinances and river laws, large-scale oil separation equipment has appeared, but although it is suitable for large companies, it is not suitable for small businesses or households because it takes up a lot of land and has high operating costs. Recently, an ingenious waste oil escape tank has been proposed that rotates the inside of a drained horizontal cylindrical tank to make the oil into spheres, but this is very large and is not suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises or households. There has been a desire for the emergence of a simple waste oil processing device that is suitable for small merchants such as small and medium-sized businesses, does not take up much space, and does not require operating or labor costs.

Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a small oil ball tank which is suitable for households and small and medium-sized enterprises that discharge wastewater into rivers and lakes, and which uses rotary blades attached to a simple tank to turn waste oil into balls and solidify it, making it easy to handle. Other objects and features of the present invention will become clear from the following description and accompanying drawings.

In the present invention, the waste oil that floats on the surface of a small tank like a barrel is passed through the water using rotary blades, and the microorganisms in the waste water and coexisting powder and granules gradually solidify and grow. The oil particles adhere to the rotor blades, and most of them form a dill, which sinks or floats to form oil balls, which has a structural function that facilitates odor removal treatment.

FIG. 1 (a is a perspective view or an elevational view) is a detailed explanatory view of the present invention. In the drawing, waste water is introduced into a tank 1 through an inlet 2, and sand and the like settle before the first jam plate 3. The waste water that has passed over the first jam plate 3 becomes a substantially laminar flow, and during this time the waste oil floats to the surface and is blocked by the second jam plate 8 and collects in this area, and the waste water passes under the second jam plate 8. It is discharged from the discharge port 9.

Pulley 6 is applied to the floating waste oil that has accumulated in front of the second evil plank 80.
A plurality of rod-shaped rotary blades 5 attached to a shaft 4 rotated by a belt 7 rotate as if draining the waste oil. This repeated pushing of the rotary blades causes some of the waste oil to flow into the rotary blade. As the oil grows, most of it solidifies into oil balls that settle or float to the bottom, so they are pumped up every few months and disposed of or incinerated.

Figure 2C shows a plurality of rotor blades in the form of disks (24), and the installation angle is not only perpendicular to the axis 4 (it may also be inclined).Oil balls grow during drainage. Although it varies depending on the amount of waste oil, microorganisms, and powder and granules, rod-shaped, lattice-shaped, and plate-shaped shapes are better, and disk-shaped ones tend to form many small balls.

As described through the above embodiments, the small oil ball tank of the present invention can be easily rotated using the current small tank, which is currently being troubled by small and medium-sized enterprises and households who are struggling with expensive waste oil countermeasures or waste oil disposal due to stricter drainage standards. The blades turn waste oil into oil balls, which are disposed of or incinerated every few months, which not only saves energy and labor for households and small businesses, but also has a great effect on pollution prevention.
