In a lifting electromagnet that attracts and lifts the upper end of an iron coil that has a hole in the center, magnetic poles with electromagnetic coils are provided in a circumferential manner on the lower surface of the upper plate connected to the lifting tool. A guide rod having a length such that its tip protrudes from the bottom surface of the magnetic pole is hung down and fixed to the lower surface of the upper plate at the center position, and the guide rod is inserted into the central hole of the iron coil around the tip of the guide rod. A suspension electromagnet characterized by comprising a spring that contacts an inner wall of a central hole and applies an outward biasing force when inserted into the center hole.
