極膜の構造であって、水晶片表面に接する第1層をクロ
ム層、第2層をクロム−金合金、クロム−錫合金、又は
クロム−銅合金のいずれかの合金層、第3層を銀又はア
ルミニウム層で構成されていることを特徴とする音叉型
