分な長さに形成され、調整ねじ88による移動量も微少
なものである為、磁気ヘッド46の動きは直線的な動き
とみてさしてつかえなく、従って突出量の調整によって
傾き角が許容値を越えることはない。更に、たとえヘッ
ドの突出によって傾き角が変化したとしても従来のへラ
ドエージングによってその誤差による影響をとり除くこ
とができる。

後、■溝96とV溝100とに治具104を挿入し、こ
の中で治具104を回動するとヘッドホルダ74は長孔
90の規制範囲内でB方向に移動し、センタずれ調整を
行うことができる。また、同様に■溝98とV溝102
とに治具106を挿入し、この中で治具106を回動す
るとヘッドホルダ74は円形孔91の規制範囲内で矢印
C方向に移動し、アジマスずれ調整を行う。両調整終了
後、ヘッドホルダ1 74をヘッドキャリッジ42に接着剤で固定若しくはビ
ス94.94による本締めによって固定する。

成したので、簡単な調整治具を用いて磁気ヘッドのセン
タずれ調整とアジマスずれ調整とを行うことができる。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] ヘッドキャリッジにヘッドホルダを介して取付けられ、
回転する磁気シートの半径方向に移動して磁気シートに
記録又は再生を行なう磁気ヘッドの調整装置に於いて、
ヘッドキャリッジには保持孔が形成されると共にこの保
持孔にはヘッドホルダが微小距離移動可能に配置され、
ヘッドホルダには一端側にヘッドキャリッジ移動方向と
直角方向の長孔が他端側に円形孔が形成されると共に、
長孔内にはセンタずれ調整用ガイド軸が円形孔にはアジ
マスずれ調整用ガイド軸が位置し、ヘット′キャリッジ
とへソドホルダとの接合面にはキャリッジの移動方向と
直角方向にはセンタずれ調整用溝が形成されると共にヘ
ッドキャリッジの移動方向と平行な方向にはアジマスず
れ調整用溝が形成され、各調整用溝に各々調整用治具を
挿入して回動させることにより磁気ヘッドのセンタずれ
調整とアジマスずれ調整を行うことを特徴とする磁気ヘ
ッドの調整方法。
