て開（方向の力を付与し、かつ有効受圧面積が小さい第
２ピストン３５とによって閉じる方向の力を付与し、前
記第１ピストン３４には入口ポート２３の圧力を作用さ
せると共に、第２ピストン３５には主入ロポート２１の
圧力を作用させるよう２にしたことを特徴とするアンロ
