Claims (2)
- （１）光フアイバ素線を固定した光コネクタフェルール
を円周方向に正逆回転駆動する駆動装置と、上記フェル
ールの軸線に対し直交方向に配設され超音波発信器から
の超音波信号を受は振動する超音波振動子と、該超音波
振動子の振動振幅を増大させる該超音波振動子に固定さ
れた超音波ホーンと、該超音波ホーンに固定され、上記
フェルール及び上記光フアイバ素線の研磨面に接触され
て研磨する研磨子とを設けたことを特徴とする超音波を
用いた光フアイバコネクタ端面研磨機。 - （２）上記光コネクタフェルールが１８０〜３６０度の
範囲で正逆回転駆動されるように形成されている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波を用いた光フアイ
バコネクタ端面研磨機。
