In particular, more than 30% of so-called geriatric hospitals are occupied by "bedridden elderly." Disposal of urine and feces is a major problem when caring for these patients, and if only the urine can be easily disposed of, the burden on not only the patients themselves but also those caring for them will be halved.

Urine treatment methods that have been commonly used in the past are broadly divided into treatment after natural urination using devices such as diapers, and treatment for continuous urination using an indwelling catheter such as a balloon catheter. Ru. Diapers are associated with various inconveniences such as diaper rash, coldness after urination, discomfort, and frequent changing, which not only causes pain to the patient but also places a considerable burden on the caregiver. It becomes. On the other hand, balloons that have been commercially available
Catheters, especially in recent years, have become available in high quality, and their use has become more convenient, reducing the burden on caregivers. However, the urination method using a balloon catheter does not allow for continuous drainage of urine, which may lead to bladder infections.
It is known that many accidents such as bladder bleeding occur.

Humans originally have a daily dose of 150 to 400 cc, which is 5 cc per day.
I urinate naturally about 8 times. That is, the bladder has 5 to 8
The bladder repeats filling and contraction each time it urinates, and due to this urinary function, the inside of the bladder is naturally and mechanically cleaned with urine, which is the most physiological fluid.

On the other hand, in the continuous urination method using a balloon catheter, the urinary function due to the filling and contraction of the bladder is lost, and the bladder is constantly compressed and contracted. Especially in the supine position,
The back bottom of the bladder becomes a dead space, where a small amount of urine accumulates, and this residual accumulation becomes a perfect medium for bacteria, which can lead to bladder infections and even nephritis or pyelonephritis. There are problems that may occur.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides that when urine accumulates in the bladder and the intravesical pressure doubles, the urine in the bladder is transferred to a sealed urine storage tank through a balloon catheter for urethral fixation. When the amount of urine in the urine storage tank reaches a certain value or more, the urine in the urine storage tank is discharged to the outside through a Sipon tube,
When the urine in the urine storage tank decreases below a certain level, urine discharge via the siphon tube stops and urine accumulates in the bladder again. Then, the urine is transferred to a balloon catheter for urethral fixation. When the urine is further accumulated in the bladder and the intravesical pressure rises, the intravesical pressure allows the urine in the bladder to be drained through the siphon tube, and the urine is forced into the urine storage tank. A method of urinating to maintain bladder function using a balloon/catheter for urethral fixation, which is characterized by repeated urination after that, and a balloon/catheter for urethral fixation inserted into the bladder.
The discharge end of the catheter is connected to a sealed urine storage tank, and the storage tank is equipped with a U-shaped siphon pipe and a pressure reducing pipe for adjusting the internal pressure of the urine storage tank.
- A urinary drainage device that maintains bladder function using a urethral anchoring balloon catheter.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a urination method for maintaining bladder function using a balloon catheter for urethral fixation according to the present invention and the configuration of the device will be described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. In FIG. 1, I is a balloon catheter for fixation within the urinary tract. The shape of this balloon catheter for fixation inside the urinary catheter is different from those currently on the market, and in particular, as shown in Figures 2 to 4, the inner end 3 of the balloon 2 is larger than the other end. This bulges out and prevents the natural removal of the catheter.
In addition, a portion located within the urethra 4 is pressed from inside according to the diameter of the urethra, thereby preventing urine from leaking from between the urethra 4 and the urethra 4.

Furthermore, the balloon 2 can be inflated by injecting sterile water or air into the balloon 2 through an injection port 6 of a narrow tube 5, and the tube 5 is glued to the outer surface of the catheter to fix it in a urethral manner. The entire balloon catheter has a double structure. Balloon for urethral fixation
One end of a connecting tube 7 is connected to the discharge port of the catheter 1, and a urine drainage port is opened at the other end. The connecting tube 7 preferably has a length of 150 cm and a diameter of about 10 cm. In other words, when the intravesical pressure becomes protective due to the patient's breathing, etc., urine backflows into the bladder, but at this time, the urine in the urine storage tank 8, which will be described later, must be prevented from backflowing, that is, intravesical infection due to reflux. In order to prevent this, the overall volume of the connecting tube 7 is formed to be large. The other end of the connecting tube 7 is connected so as to be located at the innermost part of the sealed urine storage tank 8. The urine storage tank 8 is further connected to an inverted U-shaped siphon pipe 9 and a pressure reducing pipe 10. The siphon pipe 9 is the suction port 11
is inserted into the urine storage tank 8 with the lower end at the insertion depth 11.
That is, the volume of the urine storage tank 8 above the suction port +1 is set to be approximately 1.50 mA. The pressure reducing pipe 10 is for maintaining the internal pressure of the urine storage tank equal to the outside pressure, and is set so that the upper end opening 14 of the pressure reducing pipe 10 is located above the top of the siphon pipe 9. In addition, A is bladder,
B is the prostate gland, C is the corpus cavernosum of the penis, and D is the corpus cavernosum of the urethra.

Next, to explain how to use the device, FIG. 5 shows the device installed in the bladder A of a man. In FIG. 5, first, sterile water is injected through the injection port 6 to inflate the balloon 2. Then, the urine in the bladder A gradually moves to the urine storage tank 8 via the balloon catheter 1 and the connecting tube 7, and when the urine storage tank 8 is eventually filled, the decompression tube 10 and the siphon tube 16 are doubled at the same level. This is a state in which a point W is reached, which is equal to the amount of urine in the bladder A. At this time, the intravesical pressure is almost zero.

As time passes, as shown in FIG. 6, the bladder A is filled with urine produced by the kidneys, the bladder A expands, and the intravesical pressure increases. At this time, the pressure difference between the bladder A and the height W-U of the siphon tube 9 prevents the urine N from flowing out of the bladder, and this pressure difference has the same effect as the urethral sphincter of a normal person. This point is the greatest feature of this device. That is,
This means that a certain amount of urine N is stored in the bladder A. Furthermore, the increase in urine in the bladder A is due to the amount of urine in the urine storage tank 8 = 7.
The amount of urine N in the siphon tube 9 is doubled, and eventually reaches the top, and after passing through the top, the urine N naturally flows out from the discharge port 13 of the siphon tube due to the siphon principle. When urine N begins to flow out from the siphon tube 9, the amount of urine in the urine storage tank 8 decreases as shown in FIG. 7, and eventually reaches the suction port 11 of the siphon tube 9. When the amount of urine in the urine storage tank 8 further decreases, the outflow from the siphon tube 9 stops. The amount of urine flowing out once during this process is set to approximately 150 mN depending on the insertion depth h of the siphon tube 9 as described above. When urine begins to flow out from the siphon tube 9, the pressure in the urine storage tank 8 rapidly decreases, that is, a space is created in the upper part of the urine storage tank 8, so that the urine N stored in the bladder A quickly flows into the urine storage tank. Move to 8. At this time, the amount of urine moving from the bladder A is the amount of urine flowing out from the siphon tube 9, which is 150 mΩ.
