Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the degree of a filter for the removal of out-band components which is required for a device by composing an emphasis and a deemphasis circuit of secondary BPFs. CONSTITUTION:A signal inputted from a modulation input terminal 1 is passed through an HPF2 and an LPF3 to remove out-band components, and emphasis is placed according to the characteristics of the slope part of the secondary BPF4. Consequently, the output from a modulation output terminal 5 is sent to an FM radio modulator which is not shown in a figure. Similarly, deemphasis is placed on an FM modulation input from a modulation input terminal 6 according to the characteristics of the slope part of a secondary BPF7 and out-band components are removed by an LPF8 and an HPF9 to obtain a demodulation output at a demodulation output terminal 10.
