外熱の表面、及び均一な厚みの曲面を有する外刃の表面
上にメッキにより凸部を形成させ、外刃の強度を増加さ
せようとするものであり、その形状を図示すれば第2図
及び第3図に示す通りで第3図は第2図のAーバ断面図

な硬く且つ柔軟性を有することが望ましく、一般的ビツ
カース400〜60の前後Zであり、耐蝕性の優れるも
のなら最良である。以上の様に本発明の製造方法によっ
て得られる凸部を持った外刃は、強度が強く押しの力に
強い。又、凸部を持っている為にヒゲを剃る時に皮膚を
伸ばしてヒゲを起す起毛作用で長毛の捕えが非常に優れ
