位置検出素子取付装置を備えたブラシレスモータの縦断
面図、第３図は位置検出素子の取付状態を示す電動機の
斜視図、第４図は位置検出素子を取付けた絶縁支持筒の
斜視図、第５図はプリント配線基板の展開図、第６図は
絶縁支持筒の斜視図である。 １６・・・絶縁支持筒、１７・・・嵌合片、１８・・・
位置検出素子、２１・・・透孔、２２・・・プリント配
線基板、２４・・・配線導体パターン。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ホール素子等の位置検出素子を永久磁石の回転子と対向
    させて配置し、上記位置検出素子により回転子の磁極の
    位置を検出するようにしたブラシレスモータにおいて、
    絶縁物により円筒状に成形゛加工された絶縁支持筒の胴
    部に上記位置検出素子を収納する透孔を周方向に等間隔
    で複数個穿孔味この透孔を備えた絶縁支持筒の下端縁に
    は透孔に収納される位置検出素子と固定子線輪との相対
    位置が最適に設定し得る位置に嵌合片を複数本突設し、
    上記絶縁支持筒の外周には、透孔と合致する位置に位置
    検出素子を配設した可視性のプリント配線基板を、上記
    透孔に位置検出素子を収納させた状態で貼付し１このプ
    リント配線基板を備えた絶縁支持筒を、あらかじめ定め
    た固定子鉄心のスロットに嵌合片を嵌合させて固定子線
    輪の内側に配置して成るブラシレスモータの位置検出素
    子取付装置。
