Claims (1)
数個配設され、前記シート状物体にマイクロ波を放射す
る送信手段およびこの送信されたマイクロ波を受信する
受信手段と、前記送信手段にマイクロ波を供給する手段
と前記受信手段より出力されるマイクロ波を順次高速で
取出す手段と、この取出されたマイクロ波を検波する手
段と、この検波されたマイクロ波の少なくとも減衰量を
測定する手段とを具備することを特徴とするマイクロ波
