Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ウェハの搬送路を形成する固定ガイドレール及び可動ガ
    イドレールと、両ガイドレール間にはさまれたウェハを
    押しながら、両ガイドレールに沿って送りを与える送り
    爪とからなり、前記両ガイ−トレールに、ウェハ外周の
    面取部を支えるテーパ部を付設し、前記固定ガイドレー
    ルを固設するとともに、前記可動ガイドレールに開閉制
    御機構を連結してこれをウェハの搬送方向に対して直角
    方向に移動可能に設置したことを特徴とするウェハ搬送
    レール。
