Claims (1)
沿う方向において、前記走査方向を両側より湾曲して挾
持する対をなす複数のバイモルフ振動子を介して前記超
音波振動子を前記走査方向に沿った対向する位置に設け
た2個所の支持体に′ 支持し、前記支持体の一方
側のバイモルフ振動子と他方側のバイモルフ振動子とが
交互に伸縮するように電流を供給することにより前記超
音波ヘッドを前記超音波進行軸に沿って走査するように
したことを特徴とする超音波顕微鏡用走査装置。The ultrasonic transducer is scanned through a plurality of bimorph transducers forming a pair that are curved from both sides and sandwiched in the scanning direction in a direction perpendicular to the ultrasonic propagation axis of the ultrasonic head and along the scanning direction.
